These Terms of Use ("terms") govern your access to and use of www.isago.co.za (the "website"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may amend these terms from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.
The website is operated by Isago Architecture CC (Registration No 2007/090302/23, VAT No 4510238548) ("Isago", "we", "us"), an architectural design and consulting firm. In accordance with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), our details are:

You may not use it in any way that damages or impairs the website or its availability, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce malicious software, or harvest content or data from it by automated means without our written consent.
The content of the website is provided for general information about our practice and portfolio. It does not constitute architectural, engineering, financial or legal advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the website or by submitting an enquiry. Our professional services are rendered only under a written letter of appointment or service agreement, which will govern that engagement. While we take care to keep the website accurate and current, we do not warrant that its content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
All content on the website — including text, the Isago name and logo, photographs, renders, drawings, plans and designs — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and related laws, and is owned by or licensed to Isago. Architectural drawings, plans and works remain protected works; no content may be reproduced, adapted, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only, provided proprietary notices are retained. Third-party names and logos displayed on the website (including those of professional bodies) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification only.
Information submitted through our consultation and contact forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form is an enquiry only: it does not create an appointment, engagement or client relationship, and we are not obliged to accept any instruction.
The website may contain links to third-party websites (including social media). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third-party websites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for appropriate security measures (including virus protection) on the devices you use to access the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies, and nothing limits your rights as a data subject under POPIA.
You indemnify Isago against loss, damage or claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and PAIA Manual, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the website.
